These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) via the online shop www.goldrez.com.

3. Offer & Conclusion of Contract
- Product images in the online shop are non-binding.
- By clicking “Buy Now,” you submit a binding order.
- The contract is concluded upon our express confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods.
4. Prices & Shipping Costs
- All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
- Shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
- For international orders, additional customs duties or fees may apply.

Withdrawal Policy for GoldReZ
Status: 10 August 2025
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market (e.g., gold bars, gold jewelry, gold watches, investment coins).
- Goods made to customer specifications (e.g., engravings, custom dimensions, special alloys).

Returns – Conditions & Compensation for Value
If the right of withdrawal applies, we kindly request:
- Return in the original packaging if possible, including all accessories (certificates, cases, etc.).
- Careful handling to avoid signs of use.
Important: Opened packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal. In case of depreciation due to handling beyond what is necessary to test the goods, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss in value.
